Services are booked by appointment only. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment time. Your card will not be charged at time of booking, it will only be charged in case of no show or cancellation within 24 hours.
We charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period if you are any later to your appointment we may not be able to accommodate you, and you will be charged 100% of your appointment.
All services rendered are non refundable. However, if a client is ever unhappy with a service we will do everything reasonably within our power to ensure the situation is remedied.
All product purchases are non refundable. However if a product was purchased by a client of Iscariot Skin and resulted in an allergic reaction of any kind within 7 days of purchase that product may be exchanged for a product of equal value or refunded in the form of credit at Iscariot Skin.
If at any point there is any inappropriate language, behavior and/or sexual advances/suggestions, it will result in the immediate termination of present and future appointments and may result in legal action or prosecution.
By booking an appointment at Iscariot Skin you are indicating that you understand and agree to abide by all policies set forth both here and on our booking site.
